Directions for use: 

Apply an appropriate amount of the mask to thoroughly cleansed and toned skin using your fingers or a brush. Leave the mask on until completely absorbed before bed. The next morning, carefully remove the collagen sheet. the film formed by the mask, and wash with warm water. You can also simply rinse the mask off with water without removing the film first.
